Objective: To handcraft a high-precision acoustic guitar from scratch, combining traditional craftsmanship with personalized design, under the guidance of an experienced guitar smith.

Process:

• Mentorship: Collaborated closely with an experienced guitar smith over an 18-month period, learning advanced construction techniques.

• Precision Engineering: Achieved construction precision to within .005 inches, ensuring exceptional build quality and sound accuracy.

• Materials: Utilized premium walnut for the double-paned sides and veneered with exotic bubinga wood for aesthetic excellence and acoustic quality.

• Woodworking: Hand-steamed and meticulously curved all wood components, including custom shaping of the neck and head to fit my palm.

• Acoustic Detailing: Carefully sanded and installed sound bars within the body to optimize sound resonance and quality.

• Artistic Detailing: Carved and inlaid ivory along every edge, including pear inlays spelling out my name on the headstock.

• Structural Integrity: Installed a neck rod within the neck for stability and attached it securely to the guitar body.
